What happens if I fail a test?

When Loremaster proposes a test, the result is never guaranteed.

• A failure means your attempt didn’t succeed — and it usually has consequences (injury, suspicion, lost opportunities).
• You can often reroll once, with better odds, but this increases Tension.
• If chances are too low, you can refuse the test and try another approach.
