How do NPC interactions affect the game?

NPCs (non-player characters) are central to Master of Lore. You can:

• Converse: Ask questions, negotiate, or gather clues.
• Recruit: Some NPCs can join your party, unlocking new strategies.
• Trade: Offer items or gold to gain advantages.

NPCs remember your past actions—trust, betrayal, or generosity can all return later in your story.
