Connection Problems
If the Web App won’t load or is freezing:
- Check your internet connection – A stable Wi-Fi or 4G+ connection is recommended.
- Refresh the page or log out and back in.
- Browser extensions or ad blockers can sometimes interfere — try deactivating them temporarily.
- If the AI doesn't respond or the page freezes mid-session, wait a few seconds then re-enter your last message. The system autosaves.
- If the Loremaster stops replying, it could be due to high system load — we're constantly optimizing for better responsiveness.
