Canceling or Changing Your Subscription

You can freely switch between monthly and annual plans, or even combine them with Add-On Packs for maximum flexibility.

  • Canceling a monthly plan: You can cancel any time. Your current turn balance remains valid until the end of the billing cycle.
  • Canceling an annual plan: You can cancel to prevent auto-renewal, but unused time won’t be refunded.
  • Changing plans: You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes will take effect at the next billing cycle.

All subscription management can be done from your account settings in the Web App.
