Release Notes & Updates
Master of Lore is constantly evolving. Each update brings new features, balancing adjustments, bug fixes, and optimizations to improve your experience. To keep you fully informed, updates are published in two main ways:
1. In the Web App
- Every time a new version is deployed, a banner notification appears at the top of the Web App (in yellow or blue).
- These notifications highlight whether the update is a general patch, a new feature, or a known issue being tracked.
- This ensures that all players are immediately aware of the latest changes when they log in.
2. On Discord
Updates are also communicated on our official Discord server, across two dedicated channels:
- 📢 Announcements: Major news and milestones, such as new world releases, official launch dates, or community achievements.
- 📢 games-updates: Detailed patch notes, feature improvements, and bug fixes. These posts are structured in bullet points for clarity and give players a complete technical overview of what has changed.
3. Types of Updates You’ll See
- Feature Releases: New systems, mechanics, or improvements to gameplay.
- Balancing Adjustments: Changes to make the experience fairer, smoother, or more immersive.
- Bug Fixes & Optimizations: Corrections to known issues and performance improvements.
- Known Issues: When relevant, we also share transparency notes on issues that are still being investigated by the development team.
By combining in-app notifications with Discord updates, you’ll always know what’s new, what’s fixed, and what’s still being worked on.
